Linus brings over ten years of design, art direction, software development, business, and finance experience to Netvrk. Prior to his pursuits in art, he was a fund manager for a private entity, sharpening his skill set as a broker and leading to a deepened understanding of finance and market strategy. His financial experience, coupled with expert tutelage at Gnomon School of VFX in Hollywood and Brainstorm School in California, has positioned Linus as a thought leader in virtual reality and emerging markets, priming him and his team for bleeding edge developments in the Web3 Space.
A gaming professional with over two decades in the industry, Jeff has served in a variety of studio positions from artist and animator to game producer to Project Management Director. Starting in 2017 he began a deep study of blockchain, macro-economics, and game projects incorporating NFTs. His experience with shipping products on platforms ranging from the Gamecube/PS2 era through the mobile and VR spaces and now in the blockchain era has been invaluable in the foundational of the Netvrk studio and the release of our platform.
An innovative and driven IT consultant with proven leadership experience in architecture, infrastructure, solutions delivery, IT Operations, enterprise security, and business process development, Ahmed embodies the backbone of our security models and business infrastructure. His acuity in technical architecture and security processes has led to the extreme hardening of Netvrk’s platform. In a space riddled with security concerns, his work at Netvrk has been instrumental in assuring our data integrity and the security of our funds. His work is ensuring the near-infinite scalability of our infrastructure that is required to support the future of our Web3 and gaming offerings, ushering in a new wave of safe, data agnostic Web3 experiences.
A seasoned developer with over twelve years of experience in Unreal Engine, Bruno has been part of the essence of Netvrk since its inception. Serving as the lead technical developer for the platform, his expertise in the manufacturing sector has provided unique insights into developing fault-tolerant, scalable, secure code – allowing him to craft the impenetrable core of Netvrk within Unreal and compound it with fully fleshed feature sets for social mechanics and game dynamics. His perspicuity and real-world experiences, curated through years of executing his mastery of Unreal Engine and developmental practices, place him squarely in the driver's seat, pushing Netvrk over the precipice of current technical limitations and into the future.
With over 30 years of programming experience, Michael brings extensive experience in software tooling development, game design, graphical design, and cross-disciplinary management of projects. Leveraging these massive and diverse skill sets in project management, he has made massive strides in the modernization of skill-based gambling games, translating archaic systems and concepts into profitable, fun, and expansive ventures. At Netvrk, these skills have come to full fruition, designing groundbreaking experiences and fast-tracking the development of our inaugural offering, Mine Runner; he remains poised to continue building innovative ways to push the boundaries of play-and-earn and micro-transactional gaming models, nested beautifully within accessible social ventures.
Vero Lyn Esque is a multidisciplinary artist with a technical and business-savvy mindset. This big-picture thinker has a diverse background spanning traditional and digital art content. Her innate vision for bespoke art has been instrumental in distilling a sense of identity into Netvrk, transcending our style into one that is easily identifiable, unique, and unparalleled. Her experiences in large enterprises and studios are pivotal in understanding the requirements of artistic pipelines, and her eye for design has forged those pipelines into formidable business processes; Subsequently, allowing our developmental teams to work at blistering speeds, blurring the line between artistic vision, conceptual art, and reality.
An accomplished blockchain engineer, Andrew’s experience incorporates a history of project management into a deep understanding of blockchain technology. He has proven his understanding of the Web3 environment with new developments in the non-profit sector, facilitating the development of the Proof of Good DAO. He has now transitioned those skills into Netvrk, bringing a high amount of altruism to our blockchain transparency and protocols. By serving as our beacon into the Web3 culture, he guarantees true decentralization of our protocol, allowing Netvrk to be the bastion of a genuine Web3 environment.
The gaming and social media industries are heading to a convergence. There is an opportunity for a platform that has the INTENTION of facilitating social interaction and community building with a focus on collaboration, creating, and expression.
The introduction of a virtual world that allows users to create, either singularly or collaboratively, assets and interactions with little or no competition is imminent. This pool of users can be assisted in the creation process with new AI building models, to support their creativity past their innate capabilities.
The user base can be expanded more through the incentivization of entrepreneurship. Blockchain commerce allows the value created in the virtual world to cross into the real world. Released in January of 2023, Mine Runner is a single player experience that is foundational to the larger metaverse. This experience allows players the first chance to engage with gameplay and earn the first in-game currency for later use in the larger world. Beyond the player engagement, building to a live product necessitated the construction of vital back end components for our studio, such as the art pipeline, analytic collection, bug reporting desk, and the customer service system. All of these have been built to scale with the coming user base growth in the larger virtual world product.

From this point, the virtual world will expand to include personal spaces, open world exploration, community events, and the ability to create user generated content and experiences.
When fully realized, the virtual world will connect to the real world via the planned mobile application. This will mean that interacting with a player’s community in the space will not be tethered to the home system but instead live with players throughout their day.
The promise of a virtual world is that it is expansive and self sustaining, empowering the community to both build and gain rewards. Netvrk empowers users with an AI assisted tool library to this end. Players will be able to build everything from the smallest avatar vanity item to businesses to game experiences, and monetize each.
Terrain generation tools will allow for the manipulation of the landscape. This functionality is important for most game experiences, be it Battle Royale or Racing games, and for many event venues, such as an outdoor concert arena.
Pre-packaged game volumes will make generating experiences as simple as a few mouse clicks, as the AI and game designer assistant will guide players through the creation process.
All of these tools are designed for users of all backgrounds, enabling them to easily create something beautiful, playable, monetizeable and unique in the world powered by Unreal Engine 5.
Recognizing that the world is filled with 3D asset market places and skilled 3D artists, Netvrk will enable the importation of outside assets into the virtual world. With the assistance of our AI tools, creators can import their existing 3D assets and scenes into Netvrk, where our systems can then turn them into full on games or business experiences.
Builders can turn their 3D model of a city into a battle royale game or shopping center with real world products connected for purchase. Importing assets into Netvrk's marketplace gives users the ability to trade or license the content to others, and even mint them into NFT collections for custom revenue models.
For users that want to customize their experience, Netvrk’s simple to use editor allows for adjustments to such things as object placement and scale, colors or material changes, reaction parameters, and more. This flexibility is foundational to the variability and scaling of the Netvrk universe.
Netvrk is employing the successful free-to-play model that traditional mobile and battle royale gamers have grown accustomed to, with limits to the variety of characters, furnishings, and other customizations available. Premium items can be purchased through both the virtual world marketplace for nvCash or in the web-based marketplace for NFT items purchased for $NTVRK.
Finally, a subscription service will be available for the premium interactions. One aspect of the subscription will cover the Creation Engine. While general building for personal uses and some level of sales will remain open for all players, creation of items meant for volume sales will require enrollment in the subscription service. And royalties from sales will be collected, with a portion going to power the community fund.
Users can create their own digital assets in Netvrk and mint them as NFTs using the token as payment. Users can also rent assets, and more. Netvrk charges fees for these transactions and services.

Netvrk is expected to be the blockchain and metaverse home of many intellectual properties, and this partnership demonstrates the breadth of this opportunity. With this pairing Netvrk has access to Xentrix’s 1400 artists to augment our production team and allows us to build out any vision. Xentrix has just recently completed a $52m production deal with Sleigh Group that will back a large number of original animation titles, all of which can find their metaverse home in Netvrk.
